Overview
Founded in 2014, Freight Tiger (officially Freight Commerce Solutions) operates a cloud-based freight visibility and transaction platform that connects shippers, carriers and fleet owners while layering in AI-driven analytics to cut costs and improve on-time performance. Its software offers real-time shipment tracking, dispatch planning, procurement tools and back-office automation, and it services marquee customers such as Saint-Gobain, JSW Steel, Asian Paints, Amul, Birla Pivot, Apollo Tyres and Zepto. The company reported ₹26.6 crore in revenue from operations in FY25, up from ₹17.8 crore in FY24 and ₹18.9 crore in FY23. With the new capital, Freight Tiger plans to roll out several AI innovations in Q4 2025, including a Vehicle Supply Density Platform, Next-Generation Dispatch Planning & Procurement Module and an Integrated Freight Desk, while also making key leadership hires. Tata Motors now classifies Freight Tiger as an associate company and is deepening collaboration to build an integrated logistics ecosystem that ties the digital platform with Tata’s commercial vehicle fleet.
