Freshfully builds interactive and mobile tools to connect local and organic food businesses with consumers. The company is led by Jen Barnett and Sam Brasseale. As winner of the incubate!(bang) competition it will receive $50,000 in development time plus $30,000 in seed funding. The package also includes office space and business support from the competition founders. The investors—Laird Foret, Josh Adams (Isotope 11) and Bill Smith (Insight Card Services)—will take a stake in the company in return for their investment. Freshfully’s website is slated to launch in Winter 2011.
