FriendyM currently operates in Cairo and Alexandria and is also functional in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The company is preparing to launch paid Lite and Elite concierge services (monthly fees) offering quarterly mechanical check-ins, emergency replacement cars, and discounts on insurance and maintenance. It aims to expand its services to all governorates in Egypt and reach 100,000 cars on the platform in the first year. FriendyM recently received $2 million in funding to support that expansion.
