Its core offerings include corporate trust (fiduciary agents, asset custody, transfer agent services), funds trust (fund administration and qualified services), clearing agent, bookkeeping and legal representation and custody for non-resident investors. The company has developed technology platforms including VX Meetings, Vórtx One for Funds Trust, and VX Informa+ for Corporate Trust. Vórtx has expanded via strategic investments and acquisitions, such as an investment in Parfin, the acquisition of Vorasys/BCInf, and an investment in the startup Preparo. It currently manages more than R$125 billion of assets under custody and has a team of over 150 employees. With fresh capital, Vórtx plans to accelerate technology enhancements and scale its market presence in Brazil’s growing alternatives market.
