Fuergy Industries develops the brAIn smart battery platform, combining AI algorithms with commercial battery products to optimize energy supply and demand and store solar electricity for later use. The company is ramping up commercialization of its AI-driven energy management systems across Slovakian buildings and industrial sites. Fuergy has completed sizable deployments including a 432 kWh smart battery and a subsequent 7 MWh installation for a major Slovak power producer. It markets a 15-year battery life and a 2+ year payback pledge, and its systems have been used to reduce the carbon footprint of steel foundries and football stadiums. Fuergy positions itself as Slovakia’s first fully automated flexible energy service stack and has a waitlist that includes property developers, several from the investor Pro Partners' portfolio. The startup aims to expand adoption of its platform in Slovak construction and commercial applications as it scales commercialization.
