Its portfolio now includes Winc, Wine Insiders, and the recently acquired Bright Cellars, combining personalized recommendations, subscription services, and curated marketplaces. The company plans to continue acquiring DTC marketplaces and to invest Series A capital in technology—leveraging Bright Cellars’ wine-pairing algorithm and data/AI to improve personalization. It aims to expand its subscription model, optimize logistics across brands, and pursue partnerships with wineries, food delivery services, and event planners. Management says the combined business will offer more than 400 SKUs (most bottles $12–$25) and expects to generate over $100 million in revenue in 2024. The company currently has "at least a few dozen" employees and expects significant team growth as it integrates acquisitions.
