It plans to expand its leadership team, program availability, geographic reach and offerings, and to develop its technology platform by advancing a multi-user offering to streamline enrollment and enhance communication. Fullbridge raised $15.4M to support these growth and product-development initiatives. Fullbridge runs high‑end accelerated boot camps designed to prepare motivated college and graduate students for the professional workplace by teaching practical skills, career assessment, and personalized coaching. The Fullbridge Program emphasizes 10 key skills and eight habits employers value and provides participants with career vision, real‑world perspectives, and job‑readiness. After an inaugural January term that earned a net promoter score of 76 percent among Ivy League students, the company is doubling capacity for its summer sessions and running additional winter programs. Fullbridge plans to expand offerings directly to universities and to introduce a program tailored to aspiring entrepreneurs. The company recently added seasoned executives and new board members to support growth and global expansion. The announced financing will be used to fuel rapid expansion of Fullbridge’s educational programs in the U.S. and worldwide.
