Futures avoids long-term lock-ins, favoring a voluntary "good vibes option" where artists continue working with the label by choice rather than contract. Its roster includes Lykke Li, Mt. Joy, Cavetown, Phantogram, The Knocks and Barns Courtney, and the label intends to keep the roster under 20 artists.
