FYRE is an energy drinks startup operated by Mumbai-based Triquetrus Essentials Pvt. Ltd. The company was founded by Rahul Manek, a former partner at Fairwinds Private Equity and a Cornell alumnus who has served on the board of Khadim's. FYRE aims to address workforce energy needs and compete in the large global energy-drink market, citing examples like 5-hour Energy, M-150 and Lipovitan. The startup will use the new capital to ramp up operations, expand its sales and marketing team, and enhance its distribution network. FYRE received a $500,000 investment from Venture Catalysts and its angel network.
