The Marketplace lets homeowners upload photos, use AI prompts to write descriptions, and set a sale price using a Name Your Number™ feature, with listings created in under two minutes. Galleon’s market research cites an unrepresented inventory of more than 10 million U.S. homes and positions the product to surface sellers who would move for the right offer. The company says recent NAR settlements and upcoming regulatory changes beginning July 2024 will accelerate a shift toward self-representation and reduced buyer-agent usage, which Galleon aims to address.
