Game Cloud Network builds a brand-engagement network that connects game publishers and developers with brands, influencers and IP holders through games. The Murrieta, CA-based company is led by CEO Aaron Baker. Its platform combines deep esports integration, branded digital goods, merchandising, loyalty programs, campaign tools, analytics and sponsorship opportunities. GCN plans to accelerate construction of its network and to focus on technology and product development, launching new partnerships and customer acquisition. Financially, the company received a USD10M investment from Seismic Capital Company to support those efforts. Seismic will also provide administrative services — human resources, benefits, accounting and legal support — to enable GCN to focus on growth and product work.
