Overview

GAN Integrity provides a cloud-based, no-code Integrity Platform for risk, ethics, and compliance management that helps organisations manage both internal and external risks. The platform supports applications including third-party due diligence, disclosures, incident and risk management, conflicts of interest, gifts and donations, antitrust, and more. Its unified data structure, no-code workflow orchestration, granular role-based access controls, and cross-application reporting enable compliance teams to automate processes and create a holistic view of enterprise risk. The company positions the platform to drive proactive ethical and compliant behaviour across enterprises and to close functional and data silos. Founded in Denmark in 2004, GAN serves global organisations and works with leading brands. The recent growth investment is intended to accelerate product development and scale the business to meet growing demand; financial terms were not disclosed. GAN Integrity delivers a cloud-based connected compliance platform that eliminates the need for multiple disparate solutions while reducing complexity, lowering risk and increasing visibility. The company’s product suite includes the newly released GAN Connect, a next-generation unified compliance platform designed to help organizations manage third-party relationships, new regulations and enterprise risk. GAN Connect’s enhancements let customers flexibly tailor the platform for specific needs across risk, policy, due diligence, requests, investigations and training. Led by founder and CEO Thomas Sehested, the company serves organizations across industries. GAN Integrity has offices in New York, Paris, London, Dubai and Copenhagen. It raised $15m in Series B growth financing to support continued global expansion. GAN Integrity builds cloud-based compliance software for managing corporate risk, third-party due diligence, and whistleblower concerns. The Danish-founded company has offices in New York and Copenhagen.
