GeekPay offers a payment platform that enables companies to pay contractors via cryptocurrencies in an easy, fast and low-risk way. The startup was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Lisbon; its founders are Ukrainian entrepreneurs Veronica Korzh and Yulia Skofenko. GeekPay closed its first investment round in February. The company was selected for Tenity’s four-week incubation program in Tallinn, which includes training and expert mentorship. As part of the program GeekPay receives an initial €50,000 allocation. The incubation focuses on impact, sustainability and climate fintechs and provides tailored sessions to address challenges and opportunities in the Nordic and Baltic region.
