GenomeNext provides a proprietary bioinformatic pipeline and enterprise cloud platform (offered as SaaS, with private-cloud and custom options) for analyzing, organizing, and managing genomic data. Its computational backbone was developed at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and claims higher speed, sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility versus traditional methods. The platform demonstrated population-scale capability by analyzing whole genomes and exomes of 2,504 individuals in one week (processing ~1,000 samples/day and generating ~100TB of processed result files). GenomeNext’s pipeline outperformed 21 organizations in the CLARITY Undiagnosed Challenge and has been validated in clinical laboratory services and research initiatives. Customers include genomic research centers, academic institutions, government labs, CROs, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, agrigenomics, and consumer genomics firms.
