GeoSpark provides an AI-driven location-tracking SDK for iOS and Android that claims about 90% less battery drain. The SDK combines GPS, Assisted GPS, network and motion sensors to supply location data and predict users' modes of transportation. It generates enter/exit events, detects frequent places, predicts visit frequency and duration, and stores and analyzes historical location data with user consent. AI/ML features include car location detection, geo-grouping, user behavior prediction and a crowd-sourced parking network. The developer platform hosts more than 450 apps and serves over 1.2 million users. GeoSpark was launched in February 2018 and operates offices in Amsterdam and Bengaluru, with a US office planned; the team comprises 12 people and the company graduated from Rockstart’s AI Accelerator in Amsterdam.
