GeoZilla is a Ukraine-based family locator app that uses GPS and artificial intelligence to locate family members and pets. The app integrates data from a range of IoT devices—including smartwatches, kids' bracelets, health sensors, and smart home devices—and connects to Bluetooth trackers such as TrackR. The company reports over 500,000 families are already using the app. GeoZilla has raised $1 million in an angel round, according to Firrma. Business angels include Dmitri Lipnitsky; other investor names were not disclosed, and Nikolay Davydov of Gagarin Capital was granted a share and will join the advisory board. GeoZilla is expected to pursue a partnership with Cherry, a home-security company in Davydov’s portfolio.
