GetHome operates a platform designed to simplify the end-to-end process of buying land and building houses, offering predictability, speed and cost savings. The company buys construction materials and provides architectural projects generated with artificial intelligence, while clients pay a monthly fee tied to construction progress and labor is supplied by builders selected through the platform. Leadership says platform pricing can be up to 30% lower than traditional approaches. Founded two years ago by Vinícius Bosi (after he sold edtech IGTI to XP), GetHome only began operations a few months ago and is still proving its model. It already reports presence in more than 50 cities and in 2,100 condominiums, and aims to build 12 houses and reach R$24 million in sales this year. Management intends to wait to raise outside capital until the company achieves stronger market traction and a higher valuation.
