GetJenny provides an AI chatbot solution that automates repetitive and routine customer conversations so service representatives can focus on more complex tasks. The platform supports 30 languages and serves industries including healthcare, insurance, banking, the public sector, and internal support. Since launching in 2016, the company has worked with more than 40 clients, including If P&C Insurance and the startup event Slush. The service reduces queue times by handling multiple conversations simultaneously and aims to improve customer satisfaction. Led by CEO Teemu Kinos, GetJenny intends to use the new funding to continue expansion across the Nordics and the MENA region. The company’s recent seed funding improves its short-term financial position to support regional growth.
