getTalent offers recruiter-focused candidate engagement tools that let companies capture and nurture potential hires who visit job pages. Its product enables adding buttons to postings to invite people into a talent community, plus resume-scanning and QR-code creation for in-person sign-ups. Employers can send targeted emails and curated content to different segments of the community to notify them of new listings and share employer-branding material. The company positions itself as an out-of-the-box alternative to costly custom hooks offered by job boards. getTalent is emerging from stealth and has already signed customers including Viacom, Hearst Media, Kaiser, Box, and Hulu.
