GCN and its partners offer vehicle equipment manufacturing, comprehensive technologies, operation platforms, energy data and carbon credit services. Its core technologies include intelligent V2X (vehicle-connected-to-everything) and smart IoT systems. GCN announced a USD500 Million capital commitment from GEM in the form of a Share Subscription Facility of up to USD500 Million of GCN common stock. Management says the SSF demonstrates investor confidence and will allow financing of cutting-edge technology capabilities and substantial expansion of its service platform and sales.
