Ginastee operates a "social wellness" platform that enables creators and health professionals to build private community spaces where followers can subscribe, interact, participate in challenges and consume content. The company does not charge creators subscription fees for using the software; instead it retains an approximate 10% take rate on transactions such as subscriptions, group challenges and digital materials. During its beta from April 2025 to March 2026, Ginastee grew organically to more than 4,800 users, connecting about 50 creators to roughly 4,700 students and followers. The platform is integrating AI features to support habit building, including analysis of meal photos and personalized recommendations. Ginastee raised a pre-Seed round of R$650,000 with Koinz Capital that combines financial investment and advisory (intellectual) capital to accelerate growth. The company plans to deploy the funds for traction and marketing hires and aims to expand internationally starting in 2028, prioritizing the North American market.
