Give and Take delivers Givitas, a scalable knowledge collaboration platform designed to embed generalized reciprocity and social capital into enterprises. The product aims to foster giving cultures that improve employee efficiency, productivity, retention, and engagement. Givitas is rooted in academic research from the University of Michigan and the Wharton School and is influenced by founding team members Dr. Wayne Baker, Cheryl Baker, and Dr. Adam Grant.
