GlamBox is a Dubai-based online beauty-product vendor that sells cosmetics either individually or through monthly bundled subscription boxes. The company operates sister companies in Brazil, Denmark, and Norway run by former business school classmates. It recently introduced a discount rewards program called GlamPoints that offers customers discount vouchers for repeat purchases. GlamBox has raised $1.36 million from an investor group led by STC Ventures, with participation from MBC Ventures and R&R Ventures. STC Ventures is the venture capital arm of the Saudi Telecommunications Company. The company plans to use the funding to expand into Saudi Arabia.
