Overview
Glasswall provides intelligent zero-trust file protection solutions, focused on business-to-government (B2G) and business-to-business (B2B) markets. Its core product is Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) technology, which removes malware's ability to exist in files. The company's zero-trust approach is mandated for use as a file filter in cross-domain solutions by the NSA. Glasswall's solutions are used by government intelligence, defense, critical infrastructure and financial services clients worldwide. Led by CEO Danny Lopez, the company plans to use the recent investment to accelerate innovation, expand its product offering and improve its global footprint across B2G and B2B. The firm received a strategic investment from PSG Equity; the amount was not disclosed. Glasswall develops content disarm and reconstruction (CDR) technology that regenerates files to a safe 'known good' standard, delivering proactive protection in milliseconds. Its patented technology protects organisations from file-based threats and is used in government, intelligence and defence, and is gaining traction across financial and professional services, pharma and healthcare. Led by CEO Danny Lopez, the company has offices in London and a US office in Reston, Virginia. Glasswall expects sales to surpass £4.5 million this year after two successive years of over 50% growth. The company intends to use new funds to advance its next stage of growth with a focus on product development, engineering, sales and marketing. Glasswall Solutions is a London-based file regeneration technology company that has developed a patent-protected Deep-File Inspection, Remediation and Sanitisation Technology called d-FIRST™. Its product portfolio includes the Glasswall FileTrust™ ATP for Email security platform and an SDK, which provide forensic data and insight into file-borne cyber threats and organisational risk. The company's technology focuses on prevention of malware and detection of unknown threats already within networks. Glasswall serves customers in the UK, US and Canada across multiple private sector industries and government, and maintains offices in London, Chelmsford and across the United States. It plans to use the funds to drive innovation, accelerate development of its FileTrust products and scale sales and marketing to grow its customer base across the US, Canada and Europe.
