GlobalTix provides ticketing software and a marketplace distribution platform serving the tourism industry across Asia. The company was launched in 2013 and is headquartered in Singapore. It claims to host over 150,000 experiences, work with 12,000 travel agents, and issue more than 12 million tickets annually. GlobalTix has offices across Asia, including China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The firm raised S$6.5 million (about $5 million) in a Series B round and plans to use the funds to strengthen its foothold in APAC. Management says it will deploy AI and predictive analytics to identify trends and enhance its technology offerings.
