The platform is designed to provide business verification, smart contracts, integrated quality control, comprehensive shipping solutions, and real-time tracking, all powered by blockchain and AI. Advanced Horizon Markets reports partnerships with international organizations, financial institutions, insurance companies, tech startups, and logistics providers to create a one-stop global trade solution. With the new investment, GlobalTrade plans to accelerate development of its comprehensive digital marketplace and expand globally. The project’s headquarters will be relocated to Muscat, Oman to leverage Omani partners and resources. Ownership after the seed transaction places the investor with an 80% stake, Advanced Horizon Markets retaining 15% (with a three-year cliff) and 5% allocated to the technical team.
