Overview
Glorify is a London-based, two-year-old, 60-person subscription "well-being" app for Christians that offers guided meditation, audio Bible passages and Christian music. The app reports averaging at least 250,000 people daily and has accumulated about 2.5 million downloads over the past year. Management says it has proven paid conversion but is "definitely not" close to break-even. Co-CEOs Ed Beccle (22) and Henry Costa lead the company; Beccle spends up to a third of his time in São Paulo and previously sold a prior company for a "multimillion-dollar" exit. The roadmap includes evolving into a social network focused on tight-knit, purpose-led micro-communities and launching other paid products such as Christian dating and enhanced worship features. Glorify does not monetize through ads and aims to drive revenue via paid products to its engaged audience.
