GO Sharing
Ringwade 63, Nieuwegein, Utrecht, 3439 LM, Netherlands
Overview
GO Sharing operates a fleet of around 5,000 e-mopeds across 30 cities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria, offering on-demand rental via its app. The company plans to broaden its vehicle mix by adding electric cars and e-bikes and to expand into Germany, the U.K. and Turkey. GO Sharing emphasizes technology—using AI algorithms to optimize vehicle locations, incentivize correct drop-offs and manage charging—to pursue a profitable operation. Supply is supported by GreenMo, a sister operation that has procured and run rental e-mopeds and reports some 10,000 bikes used for delivery; GreenMo has also acquired e-bike to go and taken a majority stake in Belgian company zZoomer. The startup recently raised €50 million (around $60 million) to fund expansion and further build out its technology and services.
