GoFormz provides a mobile-first productivity solution that mobilizes paper forms and turns them into smart mobile business applications. Led by CEO Jeff Fildey and based in San Diego, California, the platform supports more than 10,000 customers across 72 countries. Customers span industries and departments and include Cricket Wireless, DPR Construction, NRG and Oldcastle. The company raised $3M in Series A financing and plans to use the funds to increase product development, marketing and sales efforts. Investors in the round include Cloud Apps Capital Partners and FLOODGATE, and Matt Holleran of Cloud Apps Capital Partners joined GoFormz’s board as part of the investment. The product targets businesses seeking to replace paper processes with mobile applications on virtually any device.
