Goldbach Group develops, owns and operates the K2 Retail Properties chain of retail parks. The company secured new capital to build four additional sites in Târgu Mureș, Drobeta Turnu Severin, Ștefănești Noi and Șimian, which together are expected to add more than 12,000 sqm of gross leasable area to its portfolio. Upon completion between December 2026 and early 2027, the parks are projected to carry a combined gross development value of €24 million and will lift the K2 platform to 25,000 sqm across 15 operational retail parks. The flagship K2 Târgu Mureș will be a non-food retail gallery of 6,716 sqm delivered in two phases, while K2 Drobeta will total 2,864 sqm and include a Penny supermarket. The projects in Ștefănești Noi and Șimian will provide 1,285 sqm and 1,770 sqm of leasable space respectively. Management plans to keep expanding its retail park portfolio while focusing on projects that create long-term community value. The recent investment also brings strategic support from Hubix in capital raising, structuring, governance and operations.
