Goomer offers an omnichannel suite for foodservice that captures customer orders both in-store and for delivery, including GoomerGo (WhatsApp-integrated delivery), Goomer Na Loja (QR-code digital menus), tablet menus and self-service totems. The company recently launched a low-cost self-service totem called Goomer Fast aimed at small and midsize establishments. It says more than 110,000 foodservice brands across 2,700 Brazilian cities used one or more of its solutions in the past 12 months, and it aims to reach 230,000 establishments by year-end. With the new capital injection the startup expects to grow revenue 300% to R$20 million by the end of 2021 and to add 60 employees, reaching a total headcount of 135. Hires announced to support growth include a new head of Sales & Channels and a head of Marketing & Communication. The company frames its product roadmap around evolving its omnichannel platform to act as a technology partner for foodservice sales and customer service.
