GoOpti operates a marketplace that pools travellers from smaller European cities and matches them with independent shuttle and minibus providers to connect to larger airport hubs. The platform uses variable pricing and an algorithmic demand predictor to nudge customers toward viable shuttle services and departure times. On the supply side it gives local transportation companies access to customers, fleet-management tools, a unified support centre and the option of guaranteed yearly income if dedicated. The service is positioned as a cheaper and greener alternative to driving or private transfers and also aims to help struggling shuttle operators. GoOpti is currently operational in Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia. The company has raised new capital to support further expansion across several European locations.
