GoPaani offers an app-based solution that tracks product inventory from dispatch to unloading for daily delivery businesses, starting with water jar suppliers. Employees use individual app logins to make delivery entries while business admins can track operations and generate real-time reports. Customers can track deliveries, make bill payments, give star ratings, order additional products, and message business owners, increasing transparency and customer experience. The company says it addresses problems faced by over 1.2 million water delivery businesses in India and has seen adoption from milk and tiffin delivery services. GoPaani is present in 15 states across India and supports eight languages, and it began by leveraging an initial network of water suppliers in central India plus online listings to expand nationwide. It plans to continue focusing on water delivery businesses and to build the product for a wider set of delivery businesses starting next year.
