GovX raised $11.5M in combined Series A and B funding led by Alestra Ltd. and Arbor Group. Other participants in the round included Star Avenue Capital, Seth Hamot (SPY Optic and Roark, Rearden & Hamot Capital Management), and Philip McConkey. The company said the new capital brings its total funding to $21M.
