Grabble is a mobile shopping app (iOS and Android) that uses a Tinder-like interface to present instant, shoppable fashion content. Retailers of any size can add their products into the platform and users can complete checkout from within the app. The company closed a £1.2 million ($1.8M) angel funding round to support growth. Founders Joel Freeman (Co‑Founder & CEO) and Daniel Murray (Co‑Founder & CMO) say the capital will be used to expand in the US and Asia. To support that expansion Grabble has hired talent including the ex Global Head Stylist from Net‑a‑Porter Group. The app competes in a European field that includes ASAP54, Shopcade, Snap Fashion and Mallzee.
