Gradguide is an online career guidance, mentorship and recruitment platform that pairs students and recent graduates with mentors and tech companies to support their transition into the workforce. Led by CEO and founder Mark Hughes, the platform connects mentees with mentors from companies such as LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, HubSpot and Intercom to identify and fill skill gaps. Gradguide also partners directly with technology companies including Wayfler, Channelsight and Quorum to reverse engineer recruitment by connecting mentees with hiring managers early in their job search. Graduates from the program have secured roles at companies such as Oracle, HubSpot, Wayflyer, Front and Wix. Financially, the company has raised €2m in majority equity funding from Clune Technology Group. Clune Technology Group is a suite of global companies employing over 1,400 staff across 22 countries and includes businesses such as Benamic, Immedis, Sprintax, Taxback.com, Taxback International and TransferMate.
