Grana Capital provides an app that automates all stages of income-tax handling for investors — calculation, payment and declaration — with direct connection to B3 that logs every trade so users need not import brokerage notes. The product targets investors who prefer not to handle tax bureaucracy or hire accountants and delivered more than 13,000 IR declaration reports between March and May. The company reports rapid user growth, from 1,030 registered users before its prior SMU raise to 54,500 after that round. Financially, Grana has completed multiple crowdfunding rounds and most recently secured R$5 million, moving into a scaling phase. management says proceeds will be used to scale revenue, improve the product, develop new features, invest in marketing and grow the team.
