Overview

Graneet builds an all-in-one, industry-specific SaaS product designed as a mini-ERP to help small construction companies manage projects, quotes, teams and subcontractor relationships. The product targets the long tail of small construction firms that lack full-fledged ERPs and need simpler tools to track margins and payments over multi-month jobs. Graneet has iterated with customers for about two years and reports it has tripled revenue over the past six months, which the team says proves product maturity. Co-founder and CEO Jean-Gabriel Niel said the company is ready to accelerate customer acquisition while improving the product. The startup plans a roadmap that could include financial products and deeper integrations with third-party services once the platform has broader usage. Graneet positions itself as a planning copilot to improve margin tracking and payment tranche management for SMB construction clients. Graneet is a French vertical software-as-a-service startup building a financial management solution for small and medium construction companies. Its product centralizes billing, quotes, and (soon) resource planning to replace fragmented Excel workflows and eliminate information silos. The startup launched with billing features first—tracking client payments, outstanding invoices, and percentage-of-completion entries—and added quote creation and lead generation capabilities. With the new funding it aims to build resource planning features to manage subcontractors and split invoices across contractors, and enable subcontractor access limited to relevant project information. Future product opportunities include offering services such as invoice factoring or direct advance payments on the platform. Graneet is led by co-founder and CEO Jean-Gabriel Niel.
