The platform aggregates real-world signals — including weather, labour strikes and natural-disaster impacts — to provide instant awareness of potential supply chain disruption and improve collaboration among supply chain partners. The company serves clients such as Tigers Global Logistics and is represented in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and South Africa. Gravity will use the new funding to expand its existing suite of applications and to accelerate revenue and customer growth in key target markets. It plans to grow its sales and marketing presence globally, with a particular focus on North America, and to expand its Technical and Customer Success teams to better service clients. The company announced plans to open its first U.S. office in Chicago in June 2017.
