Graybug Vision is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing long-acting injectable therapies for retinal diseases (wet AMD, DME, RVO) and primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Its lead asset, GB-102, is a pan-VEGF inhibitor designed to enable twice-per-year (six-month) dosing to reduce the treatment burden of frequent intravitreal injections.
