Greatify offers a multiplatform digital solution used to manage customer service teams and address employee engagement problems often linked to high staff turnover. Its tools are deployed across sales, customer service and other departments. Major corporations such as Desjardins, Telus and IKEA use the platform. The company plans to use new funding to develop and implement strategies to export the product to new markets. Greatify was founded in 2015 by CEO Thierry Poitras and CXO Daniel Lafrenière and is based in Québec City, Canada. In September 2016 it disclosed $1m in financing from investors including Robert Branchaud, roughly 20 members of Anges Québec and Anges Québec Capital.
