Green Mountain

760 Hwy 3a, Kaleden, BC, V0H 1K0, Canada

Overview

Green Mountain Health Alliance is building a company-owned cultivation and processing campus at its HWY 3A site in the Okanagan Valley near Penticton, BC. Phase 1 construction includes a 4,300 sq. ft. processing facility and 18,000 sq. ft. of covered growing area, part of a plan to reach 125,000 sq. ft. of enclosed growing space and 29,000 sq. ft. of processing facilities. The company operates Greener Life Medical (GLM), a remote cannabis consulting and scripting platform with a growing patient base and an annual-subscription model that provides unlimited online access to certified cannabis practitioners. Management intends to submit an evidence package to Health Canada for a production license upon completion of phase 1. Green Mountain is pursuing partnerships with cannabis research teams and health provider institutions to advance novel formulations toward clinical trials. The company describes its strategy as building a fully integrated medical cannabis seed-to-sale enterprise and plans further expansion of its GLM subsidiary. Green Mountain is developing into a large-scale, low-cost wholesale cannabis and hemp producer focused on sustainable outdoor and greenhouse cultivation. The company is progressing toward full cannabis cultivation and processing licensing for a 16-acre parcel in Kaleden, British Columbia, and has secured three properties in the Okanagan Valley. It holds a letter of intent to lease a 98-acre parcel of Indigenous agricultural land and has leased a commercial greenhouse in the White Lake area to cultivate industrial hemp for CBD extraction and R&D. Green Mountain emphasizes Indigenous partnerships and social responsibility, engaging Health Canada’s Indigenous Navigator Service and being identified as an Indigenous-associated license applicant. The company plans job creation, skills training, cannabis education, and eventual facility development in Manitoba to expand cultivation opportunities for Indigenous peoples. Financially, Green Mountain has received external investments totaling $1.3 million to date.
