Greenday (Better Nutrition) develops and sells biofortified staples—wheat, rice, pearl millet, finger millet and maize—enriched with micronutrients such as iron, zinc, pro‑vitamin A, calcium and protein. The company works with and incentivises farmers, partnering with about 15,000 growers and operating roughly 75 agri‑input stores and procurement centres under its Greenday 'kisan ki dukan' brand. Products are currently sold only online and carry a premium of about 160% versus generic alternatives, with a stated plan to reduce that premium to around 40% over time. Greenday reports revenue already surpassing Rs 10 crore and projects the nutrition‑dense staples market to grow to about Rs 2,000 crore by 2030. The company was founded in 2017 and aims to scale operations and farmer livelihoods as it expands distribution and awareness.
