Greening is executing a strategic transformation to become an integrated energy platform with greater recurring revenues and financial visibility. The company’s Plan Estratégico 2026-2030 targets sales above €139 million and an EBITDA of €35 million by 2030. It plans to prioritize growth in Spain and Italy while pursuing asset rotation in the U.S. and launching a biomethane platform and a photovoltaic panel recycling business. Current initiatives emphasize industrial self-consumption, energy commercialization, flexibility services and energy storage, alongside development of complementary high-value platforms. Financially, Greening has just completed a €30 million capital increase to reinforce the balance sheet and accelerate execution of its strategic plan, a move the company says reflects strong market endorsement.
