Founded in 2007 within the Casino Group, GreenYellow offers B2B solutions in the emerging energy transition market. The company has developed more than 150 decentralized photovoltaic projects generating approximately 190 MWp and operates over 1,500 energy-efficiency contracts with Casino Group and third-party customers. GreenYellow is a market leader in its main markets, including France, Brazil and Colombia, and is expanding rapidly in Asia and Africa. Today it employs more than 260 people and has a presence in France, Latin America, Africa and Asia. The company plans to accelerate its next development phase in France and internationally through a number of planned energy transition schemes. The €150m investment announced will support strengthening the company’s leadership in its target markets.
