Grin Grin Foods develops and sells 100% vegan food products, having launched nougats and neuras in November 2020 and vegan tequeños in August 2021. The company currently distributes its products throughout Spain only and says it plans to expand with the new financing. It raised capital via a crowdfunding campaign to support growth in an increasingly competitive market. The workforce has increased by 50% in less than half a year, indicating rapid operational expansion. CEO and founder Ricard Puigdemont described the company as having a long history and a growth forecast aimed at providing a wider variety of vegan options for consumers.
