Growloop is a Stockholm-based edtech startup founded in 2021 that builds a digital leadership coach and trainer to democratize leadership development. Developed out of V3VO (a digital learning platform launched in 2019), the app is designed to let staff at all levels grow and learn together through affordable, cost-effective programmes. The product targets organizations seeking scalable leadership and skills development and is already in use at companies including Forex, Peltarion and Drama Queen. Growloop positions its tool as more personalized and accessible compared with traditional expensive leadership programmes. The company is mission-driven with an ambition to reach 1 billion people and is backed by nine shareholders, including founders and leadership consultants Mattias Seger and Monica Edgren. The new €1 million seed funding will be used to scale the product, add new learning experiences and AI features, and support growth across European organisations.
