Overview
TeleGuam Holdings is a Tamuning, Guam-based digital infrastructure provider offering broadband, wireless, data center, and subsea cable landing services. The company provides quad-play broadband, wireless, telephony, and video solutions and serves global hyperscalers and telecommunications providers connected to Guam through its cable landing stations and data centers. GTA operates several cable landing stations and data centers in Piti, including the GNC Data Center, which recently added Cogent Communications as a customer. TeleGuam is expanding with the Alupang Data Center, a 4 MW, Tier III facility described as the first edge computing-led data center in Guam and the region. With the new investment, GTA plans to develop additional data centers and accelerate buildout of an island-wide fiber-to-the-home network to deliver faster speeds and greater resilience. Huntsman Family Investments will remain majority owner and operate the asset; Benjamin Wu will assume the role of CEO of Forager Holdings, the parent company of GTA, as the business pursues further digital infrastructure opportunities across Guam, the Pacific Islands, and the Asia-Pacific.
