Founded in March 2017, the company bases products on fiber‑optic laser detection and 3D imaging and targets meteorological support, wind‑power measurement and core optical components. Its wind‑measurement radar can detect wind about 20 seconds in advance and, when combined with turbine pitch and yaw control, can raise average power generation by roughly 3% and enhance safety during extreme weather. The company offers thousands of component models (isolators, circulators, splitters, etc.), has applied for over 100 patents with more than 70 granted, and runs industry‑university collaborations with Sun Yat‑sen University and Jinan University. Management includes founder Zhao Deping (a Sun Yat‑sen University physics graduate) and senior technical leaders with defense research experience. The recent financing is earmarked mainly for mass production of new laser measurement equipment to support expansion in the wind‑power market, which the company expects to grow by hundreds of millions of RMB annually.
