Recruiters can map ATS stages to Guide so they can continue working in their ATS while keeping candidates updated, and the platform tracks candidate engagement and other metrics. Guide says this flow improves hiring win rates for desired candidates. The company charges starting around $10,000 per year. Today Guide has roughly a dozen staff and is looking to scale to about 30 employees by the end of the year.
